We have tried several times to eat at ALL STEAK but it has always been the same experience. They orange rolls are awesome and that's about it. The servers are rude and do not pay any attention to you when you order and god forbid you need a drink refill or have a request. The food that I DO order was always either over or under cooked and usually cold by the time you get it. Honestly the waiters and staff seem to be very aggravated if you bother them with a question or need something such as extra dressing or butter. We tried the Beef stroganoff and it was horrible. Very tough cuts of meat and the sauce was terrible. Nothing like I've ever seen. Again, we were not offered dessert or told about specials. Took forever to get out check and then seemed to make the waitress mad that we had to ask her for it. Bad choice in my opinion. Only once got a good meal and it was a seafood dish but it was on the specials menu and on a Holiday so I guess it was fresh because of that. The service however never changes. It's always bad. This restaurant needs MANAGERS in the worst way!
Poor Service - Salad not fresh

Arrived Saturday around 2PM with a group of 6. We had called in advance. The server was not friendly or attentive. The salad had brown lettuce in it and the house dressing is terrible. The orange rolls were delivered in a basket with many other rolls on top of them so they were smashed together at the bottom of the basket. The steak tasted good and was cooked as ordered. We had to ask several times for water. Our check was delivered but we were not offered dessert. We had to have other staff track the waitress down to order it. We were not given utensils to eat it with. We used what was left on the table from each other. The server did not mention the specials and questions seemed to irritate her. The setting is very nice, but overall, it did not meet my expectations.

It's amazing! I had the club sandwhich from there, and it was great. I recomend it. (:

The best Restaurant to eat at in town. Great food, nice people, decent prices. Don't forget the orange rolls

This area really lacks for a good resteraunt and was told by the hotel this place was great. I had terrible service, the wrong food and it was not very good. Cold steak and potatoe.
