Rude Staff Poor Management

For Mother's Day my siblings and I purchased a gift card for our mother to receive their full spa day package. When my mom went in for her appointment she was rudely turned away by the staff because she was 15 minutes late. Her appointment was for a full day so I find it hard to believe that 15 minutes would ruin the scheduling for the remaining services she was to receive. The staff was so rude to her that when she called me she was in tears and when I called up there the staff called my mother a liar and told me I had no idea what I was talking about. The manager refused to refund the money we spent and was altogether rude and unprofessional. She changed her account of the incident several times and couldn't be straightforward about anything. I understand that my mother was late for her appointment but the way the manager and staff chose to handle the matter after the fact was completely unacceptable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPA TO ANYONE!!
